Yes. Many families have parents join showings and meetings by video call. I share listings, numbers and documents so everyone can be part of the decision.

Which Surrey areas are best for a first home?

It depends on your budget and commute. City Centre and Fleetwood are close to SkyTrain, Clayton and Cloverdale have newer family townhomes, and Newton and Panorama have detached homes, often with suites.

Do you help with presales in Surrey?

Usually no. On a resale home the seller pays the commission, and on a presale the developer does. You get my help from start to finish at no cost to you.
