What Vancouver offers
- Three SkyTrain lines: Expo, Millennium and the Canada Line (to YVR and Richmond).
- Broadway Subway: the Millennium Line extends to Arbutus with six new stations, expected to open in late 2027.
- East Vancouver is where most first-time buyers start: lower prices than the West Side, with SkyTrain close by.
